At PCS Lahore a new breed of professionals is trained for top management positions in particular and national development in general. PCS Lahore is affiliated with the Lahore Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education for its ICS and F.Sc. programs.

PCS, Lahore offers sophisticated air-conditioned Science laboratories. Students are trained for their practical examination in the most modern and well equipped Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Computer Labs. Highly qualified and trained staff guides them and makes their success sure. The College library possesses a special collection of text books, reference books, scientific literature, newspapers, magazines, audio visual materials & an electronic database. Benefited from these facilities, this year Ehsan-ul-Haq secured third position in the Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education, Lahore.

In its efforts to turn out well-rounded personalities capable of tackling the complexities of life in the 21st century, the College encourages indoor games and extra curricular activities through the Media & Seminar Affairs Committee - MSAC.

During the outgoing year, many functions were organized at PCS to develop and promote various skills of students. Students spoke out vigorously in a Declamation Contest, the topic was "Paisa hi Sab Kuch Hai". Two Mahafii-e-Milad with Iftar Dinners were organized in the holy month of Ramadan, the event was telecast by GEO TV. Music craze of students brought them to Al-hamra Cultural Complex where a grand musical show was organized.

Quiz programs are arranged on regular basis, to entertain and inculcate a literary spirit in the otherwise science students. A Mushaira was arranged with Anwar Masood being the Chief Guest. Punjab Group of Colleges always supports healthy activities. It also sponsored the 1st and 2nd and 3rd International Marathon races, a new event introduced in Pakistani sports.
